For clients whom wish to continue improving and maintaining their skin, we offer extra value packaging treatment programs. For our therapists to fully understand your skin condition and any possible allergies that you may not be aware of a minimum of 3 times prior treatments at Glowy is required to access the Credit Package.

Absolutely yes. Homecare is one of the key factors to improving and maintaining your skin.  

Your facial treatment is going to be about 40% of the work to rectify your skin issues, and your at home routine can do the other 60%. The most basic home-care routine can produce brilliant results, but only if you are using suitable and quality skin care products. Cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize – add in an additional ampule or serum if you have specific skin concerns.

Hypladual is an anti-bacteria machine which uses plasma to sterilize the skin. Plasma technology is a cutting-edge advancement in medical aesthetics that uses plasma energy to regenerate and heal the skin.

LDM is a dual-frequency ultrasound wave technology that generates an oscillation of 500 times per second. It converts ultrasound energy to thermal energy through the absorption of ultrasonic waves in the tissue.

Fractional RF is a new technology that has a dual combination of dermal stamping and radiofrequency. Radiofrequency uses energy to heat up the skin’s tissue which stimulates tissue remodeling and therefore enhances the production of new collagen and elastin.

High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), an advanced cosmetic technology that significantly tightens and lifts several areas of the face. Our HIFU revitalizes the three important levels of the infrastructure of the skin (SMAS, dermal, and epidermis), to give you younger, tighter and more lifted skin. 

Micro-focused ultrasound energy is delivered precisely into multiple skin depths without damaging the surface of the skin. It is first delivered to the dermal layer to stimulate collagen production and renewal and then even deeper to the superficial muscular aponeurotic system (SMAS) layer to create lift. The result, over time, is natural skin lifting, tightening, and contouring.

Our return policy and refund for the goods lasts 28 days (inclusively). If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be either:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging;
  • the goods is already faulty upon purchase, or;
  • exceptional case deemed by our staffs.
